Toys are a vitally important element of any childhood, stimulating both physical skills and helping to develop creative imaginations. Our main aim is provide parents and carers with the knowledge and resources to enable children to fullfill their potential as well as have fun.

Wise Ideas was started because we believe that education and learning starts at home and that parents are a child's first educators.  Whilst we support and work with nurseries and other pre-school establishments, we strongly support home educators and childminders. We believe that all carers wanting to give their child the best start in life should have access to stimulating excellent quality toys and resources as well as information about how to make the most of them. A great deal of time goes into choosing our suppliers and selecting the most suitable products - using a stringent criteria of high quality, environmental sustainability, value for money, innovative design and safety. All of our products comply with the European EN71 Toy Safety Regulations. EN71 covers many topics including toxicity, finger traps, small parts, sharp edges and splinters etc.

At Wise Ideas, we acknowledge the sad fact that some children are not fortunate enough to own or enjoy toys. For this reason, we have decided from the start to support a variety of children's charities across the UK. 1% of every purchase that our customers make from Wise Ideas goes to supporting charities such as Barnardo's, the NSPCC and Children in Need.
