Returns and Refunds

At Wise Ideas, we believe that you will be delighted with your order. However, there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to make this process as simple as possible for you.

If any item does not meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 14 days for either a replacement or a full refund of any money you have paid to us (other than postage and packaging costs).

Before sending back an item, we would appreciate if initially you could contact us to inform us of the problem and whether you would like a replacement or refund. Please keep all packaging and return the goods as they were sent to you.

Please obtain a Proof of Posting certificate from your Post Office as we cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost on return to us.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
